Sugar Land started as a sugar town, built around the Imperial Sugar refinery, and grew into master-planned neighborhoods like First Colony, Telfair and Riverstone. A lot of First Colony homes still have their original stained front doors, oak cabinets, beige walls and tall two-story foyers. Those finishes were fine when they were new, but Texas sun and time have worn many of them down.
A west-facing wood door can go dry and gray in just a few summers. We sand it down, re-stain or paint it, and seal it so it looks right again. Inside, we repaint walls, trim and high foyer ceilings, and we can paint dated cabinets to brighten a kitchen. Emeil works on the job himself and keeps you posted each day.

Can you save a sun-damaged front door in Sugar Land, or do I need a new one?
