How often should a Katy driveway be pressure washed?
Most Katy driveways look good for a year or two after a cleaning. Shady spots and the north side of the house grow green algae faster in our humid summers, so those may need it sooner. We'll tell you honestly if yours can wait.
Can you safely wash the brick and stone front of my Katy house?
Yes, but brick and stone need a gentler touch than concrete. We use lower pressure and the right cleaner so we don't chip mortar or etch the stone. It clears off the dirt, mildew and stains that build up near gutters and flower beds.
Will pressure washing fix the cracks in my Katy driveway?
No. Cracks come from our clay soil swelling when it rains and shrinking in drought, and washing can't close them. What a good cleaning does is pull out the dirt and algae so the cracks stop standing out, and it shows you clearly where the concrete has moved.
Do you work on brand-new homes in Elyson and Cane Island?
